Dear Mr. Eden:
Subject : November 7 Letter About Disabled DVD Player – NS575P/S
You request for the refund of Zonny DVD Player – NS575P/S is granted, and you will accept the credit card refund within 7 days.
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of November 7. We are most appreciative to have this feedback. It is very important to us to know the problem from our customers, because we will be able to improve our product to serve them, especially a long-time customer like you. We also realize that this is a big problem that many customers claim against us. We will make a refund for the Zonny DVD Player and shipping cost for both ways. Total cost is $200. Although the Zonny company policy does not allow us to pay another $20, which was the fee from www.Electronicplayer.com website, we would like to send you a $20 gift card to purchase any Zonny product around the United States.
Please accept our apology for this disable DVD Player, and we really appreciate your patronage. We hope our service will satisfy you. We promise that we will never give up developing our technical system to avoid this problem to happen again in the future.
Sincerely,
(signature)
Ms. Ijana Santi

I was studying something else about this on another blog. Interesting. Your position on it is diametrically opposed to what I read earlier. I am still reflecting over the different points of view, but I’m leaning heavily toward yours. And no matter, that’s what is so superb about modern-day democracy and the marketplace of ideas on-line.
