On October 31, 2008, I made a payment through http://www.Electronicplayer.com for a new Zonny DVD player – NS575P/S. It is supposed to be able to play audio CD, Mp3 disc and VCD as in the product description, but it cannot. The only thing that it can play is DVD. I am sure that I did not set anything wrong, because I read the manual very carefully. Moreover, when I search for this problem on internet, I found many customers complained on Zonny DVD player – NS575P/S with the same problem. I will ship this DVD player back to you. It should be arrived within next week.
I have been your long-time customer, so I am very disappointed to see a Zonny technical problem. Please provide me with a credit card refund for this case, $220.
