When teachers got less time to teach students

There was one class that I spent less time than usual. I tried to shorten the lesson to fit into the available time. This is because my students have to arrange two seminars. One group arranged the seminar for Public Relation major, and the other group did for Advertising and Marketing major.

I could not just let them stay in my class, but I would need to allow them to support their own major. I think it is a good thing though. Because of this, I lost one week. Hence, I have to teach faster, so everyone could have an exam in the same week at the end of the semester. In other words, I have to teach every lesson to my students and finish it within the same week before the exam period. For some group of the students, it allows me to teach everything within 15 weeks, while some group, I could teach only 13 weeks.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone that helps pay more attention to catch up the friends in other class that had more time to study.

In next semester, I would suggest the teachers to have “spare” weeks, in case that students might be asked to arrange or participate seminar/workshop of their major/school.
