If L’Arc~en~Ciel is really suck,…


feature on “216 Ways to Kill Cat” by Sw Eden

Sw Eden, me, knew about L’Arc~en~Ciel first time in 1999 or when I was 10 years old. I tbought they had 2 female members which were Hyde and Tetsu. I started to listen to their music intensively when I was 13. There was only a few classmates who liked the same music. Many people said that their music was too loud and they would hate to hear. The L’Arc~en~Ciel lovers still love to turn on their music so load when they brought their friends to home. I always heard about that complaint.

For this band, I bought almost all their albums. When I put it in my parent’s car, and wherever at home, everyone would ask me to turn the tuner down. They all got a headache. I was so confident that I got the albums of the best band, but right now, I am not sure if I was blind when I was young. All people all have a good taste of music, but not L’Arc~en~Ciel. One of their album that I still like is “True”. I agreed with Kwan, my friend on the bus, that L’Arc~en~Ciel’s things got worse in Smile album, and they went better again in Awake. After the album “Awake”, I have never bought any of their CD anymore. In fact, it was the time that I went to the United States, and I found out new types of music fit into me.

Tetsu will not love you if you say “L’Arc~en~Ciel suck”, although many people in my country do not like it, and I confirm that they have a good taste of music. Their favorite artists are not suck.

Q : You don’t need to get closer to them?
Tetsu : For example, if we were to take someone who thinks “L’Arc~en~Ciel totally sucks, their songs are no good”, and ask that person “So what kind of music do you like, then?” we could hear their answer. Then we might listen to that music and see if we get it or not. Then we might go “Ah, it’s actually this kind of music that sucks, not us” (laughs), so we don’t need to get close to that person. It’s like “Go ahead, say whatever you want.”

I just guess from my own perspective, if it was Hyde, Hyde might feel depressed somehow, of he might go to listen to that music, and try to improve himself. When Hyde went to the game show/TV show, you could see his character there. He always smiles and has a positive point of view. He is fun, anyway.


Tusk and Hide (as Seth et Holth)

One of my high-school friend who was called “Bowling” asked me if I liked L’Arc~en~Ciel. I said, “Yes, but all other people in the school push X-Japan into me.” They did not even know what the L’Arc~en~Ciel was. They were the genius science students, the top of whole country with 123+ IQ. Only Japanese band they knew from the news is X Japan, and they did not like it, too. They listened to Mozart/Beethoven and Orchestra things and also Thai music. I was only the J-Rock person in this fantastic school, and my grade went down pretty bad. I just hope it was not related. But from the research, Mozart’s music can develop the children’s brain, and it should be true. I love his fast and fun melody, and I could play drum along with it. His music does not work with my brain so well. I do not relax, because I naturally catch the piano note.

I will relate everything to my favorite Zi:Kill. Most of Zi:Kill and Ken’s songs always have a little lovely piano melody behind the sound of vocal. If you do not really concentrate on it, you may need to tune it very loud to hear this lovely part. Ken is so talented on song arrangement. the combination of all instruments is totally perfect. Illegal MP3 Free Download

“If you love the bands, don’t do this to them.”, it is me, Sw Eden

As my experience through many websites, and also my own website, to share mp3 and music video is the most simply way to get a lot of views and comments. Sw started Sw first .html website when I was grade 9. I was interested in astronomy and Myanmar history, so I do the websites about them. I changed myself to gain more audiences when I moved to MWIT high school. Sw translated all those famous metal and hardcore bands’ biography. It was not so popular though, because many websites also have it.

Move to Sw new age after Sw went to New York City, I started to play the web-board. There are some reasons that I cannot explain with the exact words, why bad people want to be the administrators of the famous forums. If they can gain a big number of people, they will push them into the rule, and so strict. I am not that kind of admin. That is why I went to do the webboard which all people have freedom to post whatever they want by respect the law of the country. I started my first forum under the name of Marilyn Manson Thai Webboard, and it still exists. In the early age of that webboard, I did let people download some rare tracks. My heart did not let me do that so long. I removed all illegal download out of my forum, with the reason that I am the artist. In fact, Sw have been a good artist since I was in the kindergarten, but I just have felt how worth of the artwork when I grew enough. After that, I have never let any audiences download the illegal or copyright music anymore.

Many fans of the bands still let their blog’s audiences download mp3 of their favorite artists. The main reason is to get more views. The visitors do not really like to give their comment for the useful information, but they will say, “Thank you” to the Mp3 sharing guys. I found a lot of those blogs on Blogspot, and right now, Google trys to delete those blogs as we can see in Google help forum, many blog owners claim that they lost their blogs. This is a reason that you cannot hate Google

If you want to save your favorite bands from the users who share the Mp3, you can report the site via Google Report. You have to log-in your Google/Gmail account first. Remember, all illegal posts are spam, too.

As I have said that the Mp3 sharer can get a lot of views and comments from the download link. It is a shame that they cannot create their own copyright article to gain the views and comments from people. They kill their favorite bands to get the higher number of comments to fill their own satisfaction.

Some fans believe that they show their love to their favorite bands by sharing the songs. They also say in the website, like, “If you like the songs we share, you need to buy the albums”. it is 99% impossible that the downloaders will buy the albums after they have all songs already. Another 1% is you who are so nice to your favorite bands. Sw do have the collections of what I listen to. Sw wants to thank all you guys who do this, too. You are the best fans of all your best bands.

By the movement of Thai musicians, they come up with many shows to earn more money from the fans. This is because they lost a lot of income every year by the illegal Mp3 sharing site. Any kinds of artists sell their ideas. They are human and they need food. The audiences should not just copy their ideas in every way. This is about moral, because idea is not involved in the copyrights law.

The way to show your love to your favorite artists is that you do not let any people download their songs. You can do via websites that people can only listen to their songs. If you really want people to listen to their songs on your website, you may cut out 30 seconds of each songs to show them. This is for education only, as well as you can see on Wikipedia.

Although someone know how to download track from Youtube, Youtube still keeps a lot of fan videos to make the musicians proud. For example, Avenged Sevenfold are always very happy when the fans make their fan video and use their songs. They also glad when a new fan page was created. On the other hand, a band from Indonesia always reports the Myspace to delete all their fan-pages.

I did play a Thai unofficial forum of a famous Japanese-Rock band. I love typing as well as you can see on my website. The admins of that forum hate me by this reason. For them, I typed too much. The admins want to have the highest posts on their own forum. They also have some illicit rule, too. A friend told me that those admins did not want other kids to mimic me by posting a lot of comments very fast. Their rule is the users have to have more than 50 posts to get into the private forum. Their private forum contains all mp3 of that famous J-rock band and all solo projects of each member.

Seth et Holth nah > Tusk, Zi:Kill and Hide

Japanese people always said that Hideto Matsumoto wanted to make the phase of Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
(ジキルとハイド), so she got it. “Zi:Kill and Hide”. I cannot imagine how happy Hide was to be with this happy band. The girls from whole world would be so jealous her.

I also made to caricature for both Hide and Tusk; “Seth et Holth” was from “Seth and Horus”. The famous Egyptian myth. Although the original story, they fought each other, and they were uncle and nephew, Hide and Tusk performed in this movie as the lovers.

Egypt is so HOT actually. I have to hold the umbrella to prevent the sun.

Both od Seth and Horus drawings are influenced by the real ancient Egypt drawing/painting. The first one above, I saw the layout in the papyrus drawing, and the one below, I saw the layout from the collection box of Pharaoh in The Egyptian Museum. The museum does not let the visitor take the photography, so I did not have photo in the museum in my Flickr account. But!! there are a lot of people steal taking photo. you know..

Other and Other
“Zi:Kill and Hide” should be better than just “Tusk and Hide”. This is one of my most favorite drawing, too. I love all expression of everybody. They are the happiest band in the world!! Every time when people interviewed them, they will laugh and smile. They are so friendly, and much friendlier than Hide. I am sure that Hide was so happy with them.

They said Thai artists mimicked Japanese

Many Thai J-Rock fans blamed Thai artists that they copied Japanese songs. In fact, they should believe in ability of Thai people, or say just, coincident or Japanese artists copy Thai things. Although one case is true, that does not mean other million cases have to be just like the first one.

One of my friend that I met when I just had been a J-Rock fan, always told me that a Thai band called, Giwa copies his beloved Luna Sea. I was so young, and I did believe him. I believe many things flood around world wide web. Thai J-Rock fans keep post this kind of thing up. They matched short parts of some Japanese songs and Thai songs, and they said that Thai artist copies Japanese artists. Most of the parts they matched are less than 10 seconds, and it is very easy that musicians can think about the same thing. It is coincident rather that coping.

Thai people are not stupid, because they can own many copyrights they make by themselves. Thai people can work so well if a reward/award is waiting for them, such as world robot competition, or sport tournament. Naturally, Thai people do not like to step up without motivation. Thai musicians have a lot of motivation, especially pop-rock artists after 2000. Pop-Rock in Thailand have been popular again after 20-30 years. Between 2 eras, Thai people consumed much of sweet-pop songs. Many bands was founded in late 10 years, and many old bands did re-union. The boys want to be cool, especially for the sight of girls. They created a unique style of Thai Pop-Rock. Many songs may sound similar, because those kids grew up with pop songs. Some people are different, because they listen to other things, such as Thai country songs and other foreigners’ things.

I am the one who really like Thai country songs. If we do not count the style of voice and Thai instrument, many fast songs can be popular in Alternative-Rock/Pop world. Both sound very similar. Many Thai people also listen to Rock n’ Roll artist from the United States and Europe. They get the influence directly from the original rock bands, and they do not need to past J-Rock artist. Some Thai people also listen to J-Rock and do cover, but there is less percent.

Clash is another band that Thai J-Rock fans blames that they mimic “Forever Love” of X Japan in their song called, “Nangfa Naijai” (Angle in Mind). I do know both songs so well, and I cannot find that Clash really copies that songs. They are same type of music, but not the same song. Although Clash did cover of L’Arc~en~Ciel, it does not mean that they do not have brain to compose their own music. I am a Punk fan, and many Punk songs are similar. Let’s listen to sample of DecayDance things. They are similar and they are good!

Another important conflict is the song call, “Ter Mai Kir Tai” (You Have Never Died) of a Thai band called, Two (they have 2 members.). My parent keeps that albums, too. The famous guy named, Tong. He helped around many projects. Thai people know that he is really nice. Right now he is older, but he just looks the same. I do not know if this nice guy hears what some people are railing him. I pass around the websites, many Thai X Japan fans railed “Two”. Unbelievable, I saw a guy wrote, “Two-Kuy”. “Kuy” (ควย) is the rudest word in Thai Language. He blamed Thai artists who did not know what X Japan was about. The company always manages things for pop artists, and the only thing that the pop artists need to have is the great performance.

I did look through the track list of that album of “Two”, and style of X Japan songs. (It is 2 years, I was their fan, my early high school.) The melody is weird for Japanese songs, but the song composer is weird in “Two” albums. I could not say, but the news already said that. They said, Thai company has to pay for Yoshiki. I do not want to believe. It is just the late visits of Yoshiki in Thailand. So,… My early high school time, a senior guy who was a friend of “Yai” (Yai was known as a big fan of X Japan in our school.) told me about this conflict. “Two did release “Ter Mai Kir Tai” before X Japan release Say Anything”. If I can go back to that moment, I will never show the goat hand to him. I did,.., I did that hand. He ran behind me and tried to kill me. Where was my soul of Thai person? I had had it when I was a boy scout. I did respect King Rama VI. I love his firmly goal to make Thai people to love each other as one big family.

The news was unbelievable for many people. That song sound quite like Thai songs, and the lyrics can fit in so well. No matter what the reality is, but if there is no that song, many Thai people will never be fans of X Japan.

There is another conflict of Neo Universe of L’Arc en Ciel, but that is a little thing. I think it is coincident, because it is just a small part of the song. Most of Thai L’Arc en Ciel fans are still young and rich, and they do not really care to talk about the past, because they look up the new stuff, and they talked a lot. I have many friends who like this band, that is why I can say. Like, once I met Kaun with her L’Arc book in a school bus, and we just began to talk although we had never known each other. We talked a lot. It is familiar in American people, but unusual for Thai people. (I am smiling.)

The main thing I would like to say is, Thai people always look down themselves. Many foreign songs were composed after Thai songs. Whenever they sounds the same, Thai people will say that Thai copied those foreigners.

There are other cases, such as Peace Maker’s songs and Josh Groban’s, and also the hair style and dress style of Thai teenager. Although the idea cannot be Copyrights, people keeps railing that style of dressing is wrong things. This may be only one attitude in a corner of Thailand, because most people do not care (me, too). They dress up and they want to be cool.

Let’s see the side of Thailand. What the songs that Thai artists composed before the foreigner and they sound the same! I am an audience and also an artist, and I will never say that they mimic each other. Many people can think about the same thing. The one part of melody or similar style cannot prove that that artist is the copier.

First time A7X came into the music industrial, they were considered as a metal band, but now, they are considered as a punk band. Every Japanese fan of Zi:Kill know that Zi:Kill is punk. Paradox is so great at their show. Almost all songs of Paradox sound more modern than Hide’s. Paradox tend to be Alternative Rock, which is really popular in Western world such the United States and the United Kingdom. Hide is more into underground alternative rock, which can be found in both LA and NY. Although Hide did a lot of underground style, those songs are not popular. Hide’s songs which are popular are something modern; such as In Motion, Tell Me, Lemoned I Scream, Ever Free, Post and Honey Blade.

Rong Rean Kong Nu is so classic, too. This song is very old, but still catching people’s hearts. If you know Thai language, you will cry since the first time you listen to it. It is strange that The Academy is… has the same stuff. The world is so coincident. I played Rong Rean Kong Nu on Harmonica, too. This song is about children who have a hard time to get to school. They lived on the mountain and their school is really faraway. They have to walk step by step. They love to go to school. This song reflect the city society that many children do not like the go to school, although they are so rich and very easy to go to school.

Oh hey! you know that Tusk Zi:Kill is a fan of AC DC (he might be a fan of Obama, too), but I am not sure about Ken. Zi:Kill did play Suffocate City of Sex Pistol. I do not know about their copyrights, because they do not blame any people who re-play their songs, too. Zi:Kill is so fun. Tusk draw “Z” during this show. (I am smiling) If you let me compare about “For those about to Rock” and “Rocket”, you can be sure that I do love Rocket. The guitarist of Zi:Kill always have a wonderful line. His solo is always optimistic and never ever boring.

Proud Paradox เรื่องที่ควรรู้เกี่ยวกับ พราว

พราว (Proud) ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำงานปฎิบัติมากกว่างานอ่าน และนั่นคือนิสัยของพราว ชีวิตช่วงที่เด่น ๆ ของพราวคือช่วงมัธยมปลายและปริญญาตรีตอนต้น เพื่อนของพราวคือ Daw พวกเขาเรียกงานที่ทำร่วมกันทั้งหมดว่า “ProuDaw” ซึ่งมีหลายงานด้วยกัน

Proud ถูกเลือกให้ได้รับตำแหน่ง “หลอน” ฝ่ายหญิง (ฝ่ายชายคือ ขุนพล) และ “Error” ฝ่ายหญิง (ฝ่าชายคือ พิชญ์แคว) ทั้งหมดถูกจัดทำขึ้นในปีสุดท้ายของมัธยมปลาย พราว ไม่ได้ไปรับรางวัลแรกด้วยตัวเอง คนที่รับแทนในวันงานคือ ดาว เพื่อนของเธอ ส่วน Error หญิง ฟังแล้วไม่ค่อยน่าภาคภูมิใจนัก แต่เพื่อน ๆ บอกว่า มันหมายถึงพวกใช้เวลากับ Computer มากกว่าคนอื่น และ พราว กับ พิชญ์แคว เหมือนกันในจุดนี้

พราวถ่ายภาพยนต์สั้นเรื่อง The Spooky Kids Live in MWIT โดยแสดงคู่กับ ดาว ทั้งสองช่วยกันเป็นตากล้อง พราวเป็นคนตัดต่อ และทำ Animation ทั้งหมดของเรื่องนี้ งานเรื่องนี้ไปได้สวยมาก เพราะพวกเขาสามารถเปลี่ยนมุมมองที่ผู้ชายมองผู้สาวได้ คือพวกเขาบ้าพอที่จะสนุกมากกว่าความสวยงาม

พราว ได้ชื่อว่าออกไปดูงานนอกสถานที่มากที่สุดในโรงเรียน และเธอเป็นที่รู้จักของอาจารย์หลาย ๆ คน เมื่อบางคนพูดถึง ดาว เขาก็ต่อท้ายด้วย ดาวเป็นเพื่อนของพราว ดาวดูเหมือนมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสมองในช่วงนั้น และเธอเคยหยุดเรียนเพื่อรักษามัน เธอยังมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับขา ซึ่งเธอผ่าตัดไปแล้ว เธอประสพน์อุบัติเหตุจากการวิ่งไล่จับแมว ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์โปรดของ บาส เพื่อนสนิทในห้องเรียนของเธอ

พราว ยังเป็นที่รู้จักอีกด้านคือเธอชอบเพลงลูกทุ่ง และเพลง Rock เธอเคยชอบวง L’Arc~en~Ciel จาก นาฏลี, เมอน่า และ เมย์ เมื่อเธอย้ายโรงเรียนไปอยู่มัธยมปลาย คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่รู้จักวงนี้ พวกเขาหลายคนเรียน พราว ว่า “ฮิเดะ” จนกระทั้ง พราว ต้องศึกษาเกี่ยวกับคนคนนี้อย่างจริงจัง และเธอก็ชอบมัน วงของมันหลอกหลอนเธออยู่ในช่วงปีแรก และนั่นเป็นปีที่เลวร้ายที่สุด พราว ฟังเพลง Rock ที่มีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นเรื่อน ๆ ในช่วงนั้น และเพื่อนร่วมห้องของเธอ สุ หรือ ฮิตเบล้อ เปรียบเทียบ พราว กับ เพื่อนเก่าของเขาว่า พราวไม่มีทางเถื่อนได้เหมือนเพื่อนคนนั้นหรอก

ปีต่อมา โรงเรียนย้ายห้องทั้งหมด พราวมีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นกับเพื่อนร่วมชั้นเรียนกลุ่มใหม่ เพราะพวกเขาค่อนข้าง “เพี้ยน” มากกว่าเพื่อนกลุ่มเก่าที่ดูจะ tradition and formal ห้องเรียนใหม่ มีความทะเยอทะยานที่จะโด่งดัง และเจ๋งที่สุดในระดับชั้น พวกผู้ชายส่วนใหญ่มาจากกลุ่ม “มีพลัง” ซึ่งขยายใหญ่ขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ หัวหน้าห้องห้องนี้คือ นายต้น เป็นแฟนกับ แอร์ ในปีสุดท้าย ต้น ยังถูกรู้จักจากคนนอกกลุ่มว่าเป็นหัวหน้า “กลุ่มมีพลัง” ทั้งห้องได้ไปเที่ยวเกาะสะเม็ด ก่อนที่ห้องเรียนอื่น ๆ จะไปกัน และห้แงเรียนนี้ จึงเป็นห้องเดียวที่ไม่ถูกทำโทษ

ครั้งแรกเมื่อพวกเขารู้จักกัน หลายคนไม่ชอบ พิชญ์แคว เพราะหลายคนบอกว่า เขาเห็นแก่ตัว แต่ในปีสุดท้าย ห้องเรียนนี้ได้ประกาศให้ทั้งโรงเรียนรู้ว่า เขาจะเชียร์เพื่อนร่วมห้อง และรักเพื่อนร่วมห้องของพวกเขาทุกคน

พราว ซื้อเบสราคาแพงจากหลังกระทรวงกลาโหม และเธอไม่ชอบเมื่อคนอื่นพูดถึงมัน เธอเรียนมันอย่างรวดเร็ว และเธอสามารถสอบเข้าคณะดุริยางคศาสตร์ได้ แต่เธอสละสิทธิ์ในภายหลังเมื่อเธอตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนอนาคต

ทำไมถึงเป็น Proud Paradox?
Proud เป็นชื่อใน Visa และเป็นการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษของชื่อเธอมาตั้งแต่เธอเกิด แม่ของเธอเป็นคนตั้งให้
Paradox เป็นวงดนตรี ของประเทศไทย วงโปรดของทุกคนในห้องเรียนโปรดของเธอ และเพื่อน ๆ อิจฉาเธอมากเมื่อ เธอ ไปดูการแสดงของ Paradox จนเข้าเรียนวิชาชีววิทยาสายในเช้าวันต่อมา
เมื่อเธอมี e-mail เป็น ProudParadox และเธอติดต่อกับอาจารย์ของเธอ เขาบอกว่าเธอเป็นกวีที่เล่นคำได้สวยมาก

ในสมัยมัธยมปลาย พราว ยังสมัครร้องเพลงภาษาอังกฤษถึงสองครั้ง และเพื่อนของเธอหัวเราะเธอ เพราะมันแย่มาก พราวร้องเพลงของ X Japan แต่ข้าพเจ้าจำไม่ได้ว่ามันเป็นเพลงอะไร เธอถูกมอบหมายให้ทำประวัติวง X Japan เพื่อนแสดงในบอร์ดโรงเรียน และนั่นคือบอร์ดที่ไม่ใช่งานศิลปะ รุ่นพี่คนหนึ่ง ตัวใหญ่ และชื่อ ใหญ่ เป็นนักเปียโน เขาชอบ X Japan และเขาก็ไม่สนใจมันแล้วในเวลาต่อมา ปัจจุบัน ใหญ่ ได้สนใจการถ่ายภาพแนวศิลป์มาก และพราวอาจจะกลับไปเป็นเหมือนสมัยมัธยมต้น ที่เธอไม่ชอบอาจารย์สอนสังคมศึกษาในมัธยม 3 เอามาก ๆ เพราะอยู่คนละขั้วทางการเมือง

พราว ยังเป็นมือเขียนภาพที่ทุกคนปฎิเสธไม่ได้ งาน Power Point ของเธอได้รับการยกย่องว่าสวยและน่าสนใจที่สุด ทำให้เธอไม่ชอบอ่านหนังสือ ตอง และ ดาว เพื่อนสนิทของเธอ เชื่อว่าเธอฉลาดมาก เพียงแต่ไม่ตั้งใจเรียน และชอบหลับในห้อง และยังไม่ชอบทำการบ้าน พราวเคยบอกตองว่า เธอชอบสัปดาห์สอบที่สุด เพราะมันไม่มีการบ้าน

เธอมีความสนใจเรื่อง Animation มาก สังเกตุได้จากความฝันในวัยเด็ก นาฏลีพูดกับพราวในขณะที่ดูการแสดงเพลงของโรงเรียน และเธอบอกว่า เธออยากทำ Tetsu L’Arc~en~Ciel เต้นจนจบเพลง Stay Away และสิ่งนั้นไม่มีแล้ว

เมื่อใคร ๆ อยากถามเรื่องเพลง Rock เขาวิ่งมาหาเธอ และเขาทำเช่นเดียวกันเมื่อต้องการเพลงลูกทุ่ง เธอเคยทำการ Presentation ที่เป็นสิ่งที่น่าอับอาย เพราะเธอนำวงที่เธอชอบมาเรียงบนสไลด์ แล้วถามคนในห้องว่ามันคืออะไร

และคุณจะหาพราวได้ที่ไหนในปัจจุบัน?
เธอจะไปดู Paradox ทุกครั้งที่เธอสามารถจะไปได้ และที่ที่นั่น คุณจะพบเธอ

Marilyn Manson vs. Hideto Matsumoto

มาริลิน แมนสัน กับ ฮิเดะ ex – X-Japan

As we know that Marilyn Manson and Hideto Matsumoto were friends. Many Japanese fans know only Marilyn Manson, and they dare to say that they are Metal fans. Although the dress and the look of Marilyn Manson and other spooky kids seems like Gothic or Black Metal stuff, but Marilyn Manson music is not that hard. It is Alternative Rock, as he put on his Myspace. In middle 2009, the Hideto Matsumoto Official Myspace was founded by other people to support X Japan re-union. Although it is so strange when it says “Official”, and Hide is not the one who run it; there are a lot of fans add it to be friend. They just show their love to Hide.

Hideto Matsumoto was in LA, during she did her album with Zilch. She was a friend of Marilyn Manson, Genitorturers, etc. Genitorturers’ music seems so close to Hide’s music. I asked her about Hide, too. Both are pretty. Hide’s music sounds like those alternative rock bands at LA, so it is her good opportunity to go there. Although we call this genes “Alternative Rock”, it sounds different from famous alternative rock bands, such Fall Out Boy, Good Charlotte, Cobra Starship, etc. I cannot blame that Hide did suck work if comparing with these famous alternative rock bands, because it is a type of LA things. There are still some songs of Hideto Matsumoto, which are similar with those best alternative rock bands; such as Emotion In Motion, Tell Me, Lemoned I Scream and Honey Blade.

Generally, when we like someone, we will say that other tries to copy him. This may be true or it is just coincident. Or! it is the style of LA people. I am New Yorker anyway, so my answer is not the best of this case of Marilyn Manson and Hideto Matsumoto.

This is just regular dress of Visual Kei people who want to be too much Gothic. You will see a lot of this leather mask on current visual kei bands.

This colorful one, people talked about that they are unreal colors, not the colors of nature; that means it is for anti-christ people. Both Hideto Matsumoto and Marilyn Manson are anti-christ. Hideto Matsumoto did well in symbolism; such as in the song, Ever Free. The name of “Eat Me Drink Me” and “If I was your Vampire” are also really great in symbolism therm, too. In case of “Ever Free”, the meaning is “Eve is Free from Garden of Eden”. The Freedom is much painful.

Hideto Matsumoto liked to play with the words as well as Marilyn Manson showed in the album, “The Golden Age Of Grotesque”.

Hideto Matsumoto tended to love Zi:Kill so much, because of their great job in Alternative Rock/ Punk style; and one of the wording reason is “Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”.

Visual Kei Cosplay in Thailand

The events/meetings of Visual Kei fans in Thailand are always at MBK Center (Mahboonkrong or มาบุญครอง) every month. MBK is a famous shopping center which has a big space for meeting at the corner of the street. It is near Siam Center, just across the street. You can just imagine of Thai girls dress as Harajuku people. People around the world know that Thai girls are very pretty, so what they will look like, … the prettiest one you saw in Japanese. No lie.

Some Visual Kei bands are so famous in groups of rich teenagers in Thailand, and a lot of Japanese animas do, too. These fans pay a lot of money for their costumes which they wear only in one day. Dir en Grey, Gazette, Miyavi (ex- Dué le Quartz) and D’espairs Ray are very famous currently. Although Malice Mizer is something old, but people always love to dress like them. Mana’s lip is very attractive and unique.

Nongnut is one of classmates in high school. She got asked to dress with a white-fur costumn, because it was not fit in her friend’s body. Her group liked Hyde, L’Arc~en~Ciel so much. She gave me her drawing of Hyde, and I still keep it. Hyde is considered as the best guy in L’Arc en Ciel. He is who you should talk with and have as a friend.

Right now, let’s cross the street to Siam Center. Several buildings have small rooms for rent. Most of those rooms are for rent. Many teachers rent them and their students have to pay a lot of money to take extra classes. It sounds mean that those teachers do not teach everything they know in the school, because they need more money. Visual Kei fans also rent the rooms, too. They use it for the meeting within their own group for each band. X Japan fans liked to eat some spicy things together. Some big fans of Visual Kei also buy many CD and DVD from Japan and sale them in this place. Most of the discs are second hand, because they already watched them. I walked up and looked around in the latest time I visited Siam Center. A group of teenatures with dark-eyes-make-up watched Yoshiki played his piano.

I know an event that X Japan fans usually do in May 2nd of every year. They will meet at MBK or Siam Center and have some party. They will take a bus or train to Hua Lamphong Temple, which is one of the best place to do Coffin-Offerings. They donate money for the corpses who do not have coffin. They hope all merit to go for Hideto Matsumoto (Hide or 秀人松本), their hero.

I do not usually dress as Visual Kei, but I do dress for Halloween. I had got a reward for the scariest dress. Sometimes, I dressed not for the contest. My close friend and I painted ourselves and walk around our high school. Halloween is my most favorite day of the year. So now, let’s go to class!

การตายของ ฮิเดะ The Death of Hideto Matsumoto

กล่าวถึงการแสดงความเศร้าหลาย ๆ วิธีตอนที่ Hideto Matsumoto แขวนคอตัวเอง
คนเขียนเขียนว่า พวกผู้ปกครองเด็ก ๆ ไม่รู้จักแกหรอก แต่ โด่งดังในกลุ่มวัยรุ่น ผมของแกมีสีแดงสว่าง กะ เหลือง ตั้งสู่อากาศ การแต่งหน้าของเขาทำให้เหมือน Dennis Rodman (อย่า search เชียวนะ) ตอนหน้าตาสะอาดสดใสหน่อย ทางแฟน ๆ ทั้งหลายที่มาเสียใจ ก็ผมสีนี้มากมาย เป็นการเพิ่มจำนวนนักเรียนทำผิดกฎโรงเรียนมากขึ้น

ลักษณะของแก ไม่เหมือนกับวัยรุ่นทั่วไป ต้องการดูแตกต่าง แต่ก็ยังไม่ออกจากกลุ่ม แม้ว่าผมของแกจะตั้ง และทำเพลง rock ขนาดไหน แกก็ยังทำกุศล จ่ายเงินทุนโครงการรักษามะเร็งกระดูก อะไรสักอย่าง (bone marrow cancer treatment ไขกระดูมั้ง เท่าที่จำได้)

สาว ๆ หลายคน คิดผิด และพยายามฆ่าตัวตายตามในสัปดาห์เดียวกัน และ 4 คนที่เหลือในวงอะไรสักวง รีบออกมาแก้ปัญหา เพื่อให้แฟน ๆ ยังเข้มแข็ง (จำได้ว่าวงแกน่าจะเหลือ 6 คนน้า) มาสาวน้อยคนหนึ่งใส่เสื้อยืดมีเชื่อของ นาย Matsumoto แล้วกระโดลงมาจากสะพาน ยังไม่รู้สึกตัว และอีก 3 คน ดับไปแล้ว ยังมีเด็กน้อยอายุ 14 ปี พยายามแขวนคอตัวเองตาม fashion และก็มาตาย เพราะพายามแขวนอีกเป็นครั้งต่อไป ผู้ปกครองของเธอบอกว่าเธอตกใจมากเมื่อรู้ว่าการตายของมือกีตาร์

คนญี่ปุ่นก็เป็นแบบนี้มานานแล้ว และมีมาเรื่อย ๆ 2-3 ปีครั้ง ที่ฆ่าตัวตายตามดารานักร้องคนโปรด คนญี่ปุ่นเกือบ 40 คนฆ่าตัวตามในปี 1986 หลังจากนักร้องวัย 18 ปีที่พวกเขาชอบกระโดดลงมาจาก Tokyo office building

Kazuko Ishiwata ผู้ปกครองของแฟนของมือกีตาร์คนนั้น ได้ยืนอยู่ที่งานศพด้วย เพราะว่ากังวน เขาต้องการมั่นใจว่าลูกสาวของเขากลับบ้าน (ไม่ไปดับที่อื่น)

Quruli

I looked for this band for half year, after I knew their music video from Japanese airplane. It is art without any violence. And they did same kind of my stuff. I like them. I searched for, “Kururi”, and I could not find any. That was wrong word. Till I had no attempt to search.

I looked for Ken Zi:Kill solo stuff in Victor Entertainment or Speedstar Records. I could not find Ken, but I saw Quruli. Oh! man, Thank Ken. Right now, I can find their information so easy in search engine. This company has cool stuff. haha

I got a Nikki CD/DVD from a small music store near my place. Such a cozy one. Such a cozy album. I enjoy watching their music video. Put music into mp3 player. Listen in subway. Do not have to think that much. Easy simple music through my hear. Easy track go through New York City. Easy smile with sincerity. That’s right.

The classes in the store. A little bit lower grade than Zi:Kill, but better than plenty of wellknown artist in that full shelf. I had done that. Their music video. We had been same kind of people. I think I got changed once, after coming to New York City. I saw the past of myself in Quruli stuff. How don’t I love them? Ken Zi:Kill and all those Alternative Punk Rock. Quruli. You make me smile at once when I am in the dark part of my life. I became Satanic when I had been in New York City. Nice, but I feel “Not Fair!”. That is Satanic. I do not want to be with it anymore. And I know, I know it’s not your time but bye, bye.

I dream to the day without any task. I walk in the endless park. Let the music change the nature in every second, and nature becomes artwork as it has never been before. During this temporary happiness. I miss you, Thailand.
